Winter Storm Warning

What we woke up to this morning
It rained off and on all night yesterday, and it was still raining this morning when we got up; so our normally-early hike on the Grand View Trail was delayed until 12:30.  Consulting the satellite radar just after noon I saw that we had approximately a two hour window of opportunity to get a hike in.  We left right after lunch--even though we don't like hiking on a full stomach--and were able to do a complete trek without even getting sprinkled on.  Just as soon as we got back, though, it started raining--and it's been raining ever since.  We may decide to leave the mountains early tomorrow morning because we're under a winter storm warning, and we're not in the mood to deal with a 4-to-8-inch snow accumulation.
