Flower Quest

Devil's Head getting ready to bloom
I decided that Becca and I needed to head in a counterclockwise direction around Tortugas Mountain this morning to check on the status of flowering Strawberry Pitaya Cacti on the western and southern slopes; we were not disappointed.  (To be precise I was not disappointed.  Becca could give a rat's ass about the flowers.)  She was very interested in the bunny rabbits we encountered, though, always fighting against her canine urge to chase after them.
