Cuatros Amigos

First 2:  room with a view
Dr. K, Willow, Frio and I did our usual Sunday morning hike in the northern Chihuahuan Desert.  We saw one other nature lover today, a guy hiking with his two dogs.  Fortunately we didn't bump into them.

After a trip down LDR-A arroyo, a jaunt toward the Organ Mountains using the east/west cross trail, a trek up Left Branch Arroyo, down Middle Branch Arroyo and then up and out of Right Branch Arroyo we piled into our CR-V headed for fuel at our local Circle K.

After gassing up I drove the gang around the empty campus at New Mexico State University simply to tour the area.  Last night was graduation for NMSU so the place was pretty much deserted.
