A Different Direction

Road south of Tellbrook

People with dogs barking down along our normal route plus another gun idiot (same one as yesterday, perhaps) convinced Dr. K and I to take the Heelers onto the dirt roads across Tellbrook to the south.

Because the dogs were wild--especially Willow--we decided to cut the trek short.  After descending into an arroyo and exploring for a while we turned around, crossed Tellbrook, and went back to the waiting CR-V.

Drove over to our local Circle K to gas up the Honda before taking a short drive before heading home.

This & next: green, flowering desert
