A Little Off the Beaten Track

This & next:  Soaptree Yuccas
Dr. K, Willow, Frio and I descended the LDR-A arroyo, crossed the Tellbrook Arroyo and started up LDR.  After a short jaunt we tracked into the desert east of the dirt road and paralleled it for a bit.

After a brief bushwhack we headed east, turned south on LDR, hiked across the Tellbrook Arroyo and retraced our steps:  a short trek on LDR-A before crossing back into the LDR-A arroyo for our climb out of the valley.

Once we emerged from the arroyo and picked up LDR-A again it was only a few minutes before we reached the waiting CR-V.
