After Record Heat

This & next:  just starting down LDR-A arroyo
We hit 107F yesterday--a record.  This morning it was 87F when Willow and I started off.  Nearly too hot to stop for photo-ops I took only nine altogether.

We managed our regular trek, but both of us were more than ready for the hike to end.

Willow will be very excited this afternoon when Dr. K rolls back in from her five-day Santa Fe trip.

I like the 2 photos of our Willow taking a break. What a beautiful dog.
