Willow and Me, Usual Trek

This & next:  snake made its bed and slept in it
It was already pretty hot when Willow and I set off on our usual hike.  Dr. K stayed home getting ready for her trip to Santa Fe.

We didn't see any other idiots out in the desert today; some nature enthusiasts opt for a later start, but I've never subscribed to that routine.

We made it back home by 8:30, but we got a pretty early start on the hike.
