I can't wait to see more mustard flowers in bloom on Tortugas.
Wind chill of 19? We had 10 degrees when I woke up this morning! It looks like we may have turned the corner on the most brutal weather, but meteorologists are warning that the spring warmup will be slow and protracted.
Your spring warmup might not come until mid-July, Scott.
