It's a little hard to tell from your image, Packrat, but it looks like there may be only one woman among the recruits (pretty much in the center of the group). If that's not a woman, I apologize to that recruit!
You're right, Scott, there is only one woman recruit. I found that quite puzzling.
I haven't seen very many female border patrol agents. That's not good.
