Fortunately, Hurricane Joaquin veered off to the northeast and spared us. Some of the early forecasts predicted landfall in our area. The thick blanket of clouds that had been over us for a week moved out on Sunday afternoon, and now we're enjoying delightful weather.
Delightful weather is what we're hoping for, Scott, but it's been crazy around here.
