Backyard early this morning
|
Snow was flying and the wind whipping so hard this morning we couldn't get Willow and Frio out on a hike around our property. I had to take them out after breakfast so they could do their business, and we couldn't wait to get back inside the cabin due to the cold: 25F with the wind chill.
We were going to return to the low desert today, but we've decided to stay another day partly because of the weather. The delay in our normal routine got us out of sync so we we're holding off on our departure. Heelers don't mind.

I love that third photo of the two crows. I think you're right that they were playing in the wind. I enjoyed watching them.
