Get Your Rocks Off

Organ Mountains
We hiked the new normal route this morning:  down the arroyo that parallels LDR-A, east on the narrow trail to the new arroyo, up the left branch and then the right branch of the arroyo, and out of the arroyo head and up the steep hill to the upper flatland road.

We saw no one while we were out there today, but some gun enthusiast was popping off round after round out toward the Organ Mountains--never a comforting sound to hear when you're trekking in the desert.
