A Windy Morning

Soaptree Yucca and mesquite in Right Branch Arroyo
Dr. K had a League of Women Voters meeting this morning so it was Willow, Frio and me on the daily trek.

Because an SUV was parked in the Tellbrook Arroyo at the LDR-A junction we went down the steep trail into Right Branch Arroyo at the start.  We descended the right branch to the intersection with the left, ascended the left branch before heading down the middle branch.

As we retraced our steps back up the right branch we noticed the SUV still parked in the arroyo.  By the time we began driving along the upper flatland road, though, the other vehicle was getting ready to head up LDR.  We had plenty of time to avoid encountering it, turning out onto Tellbrook Road long before it could crest the hill.
