Sierra Vista South Trek

The Organ Mountains from Sierra Vista South trail
November 4th, and it was downright hot on the trail this morning.  All human hikers were peeling off layers of clothing while Becca complained about her overly-warm fur coat.  She had plenty of water to drink, though, so she was in good shape.  We did a fairly long hike on the Sierra Vista South trail, heading toward Bishop's Cap and the Franklin Mountains.  We ran into four mountain bikers who looked equipped for an extra-long ride.  This trail is one of the best for long-distance mountain-bike ventures.
