Desert Cottontail

Abbreviated the hike somewhat this morning because I had to go shopping at Target and Albertsons to purchase supplies for the hacienda.  Although we saw a few dedicated outdoor enthusiasts on and about the mountain we had no direct encounters with anyone.  It's still hot here in the northern Chihuahuan Desert, and we can't wait until the weather breaks.
